About the National Fair Housing Advocate

The National Fair Housing Advocate, Inc. is a private, 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization advocating to protect and promote the civil rights of individuals with disabilities by resolving digital accessibility discrimination in the housing industry.

By utilizing a structured settlement negotiation process, the National Fair Housing Advocate believes it is possible to proactively and positively resolve most, if not all, Fair Housing Act (FHA) and Americans with Disability Act (ADA) digital discrimination violations without the need for formal complaints or lawsuits.

On behalf of our clients, our mission and goal is to equitably and cost-effectively provide solutions to resolve digital accessibility discrimination issues without either party having to prove or disprove alleged wrongdoing to a third party.

By remaining outside of the traditional legal framework, our collaborative method of structured settlement negotiations ensures the parties involved are free to focus on future solutions that benefit each party, as opposed to spending valuable time, money, and resources on adversarial legal conduct whereby neither party wins.
